Alltest SARS-CoV-2 Antigen-Rapid Test, individually packed

The Alltest SARS-CoV-2 Antigen-Rapid Test is specifically approved for use by lay persons and is listed by BfArM (AT1172/21). The detection of SARS-CoV-2 in human samples (in vitro) is carried out via a swab sample in the anterior nasal cavity, which is why the test can be carried out quickly and easily by laypersons. The rapid test provides a clear result after only 15 minutes and has a sensitivity of 95.40 % and a specificity of 99.40 %. The test is reimbursable for certain institutions such as hospitals, doctors' surgeries, rehabilitation facilities, day clinics and nursing homes. However, the use of the rapid tests for private use is not reimbursed (e.g. testing of company staff or customers of retailers or restaurants).

The Alltest SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test consists of an instruction manual, a test cassette, a swab and a buffer solution. Thus, all the necessary components to perform a rapid test are included and no additional resources are needed. The minimum shelf life of the tests is 24 months when stored between 2°C and a maximum of 30°C.

The Alltest self-test also detects the following mutations: Alpha (B.1.1.17), Beta (B.1.351), Gamma (P.1), Delta (B.1.617.2), Lambda (C.37), Zeta (P.2), Kappa (B.1.617.1), Eta (B.1.525), Iota (B.1.526), Epsilon (B.1.427), Theta (P.3), Omicron (B.1.1.529).
